Project Management
A successful changeover to a new system requires a structured, controlled and monitored approach. Establishing the framework for this approach from the start helps Compass and its clients forge a successful partnership throughout the implementation and beyond.
Compass uses experienced Project Managers to be the day-to-day liaison point for the client. They have extensive product knowledge and the right skills to manage an implementation.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the Project Plan (in conjunction with the client)
- Managing the project resources, including external suppliers if necessary
- Maintaining contact with the client throughout the project
- Defining the scope and timescale of the project (in conjunction with the client)
- Performing the Stage and Quality Assurance reviews.
